The Independent Living Movement was founded on disability-led and consumer-driven systems advocacy. However, some Centers for Independent Living (CILs) are struggling to provide this core service. This conversation was with System Change Advocates doing disability-led and consumer-driven systems advocacy at Centers for Independent Living and Statewide Independent Living Councils (SILCs).
