Tonya Fambro is Director of Independent Living for the Missouri Office of Adult Learning and Rehabilitation Services – Vocational Rehabilitation. As director, Tonya monitors and provides technical assistance to the 22 Centers for Independent Living in Missouri while also promoting Independent Living statewide through collaboration with other agencies and organizations. Tonya has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and began her career as a vocational rehabilitation counselor with Missouri in 1983. During her tenure, Tonya has worked in various positions within the organization to assist persons with disabilities.
